Student Work

Our Technology and Computer Science program includes students learning the following topics: 

• technology basics, 

• typing, 

• digital literacy, 

• digital citizenship, 

• digital and information literacy 

• coding using coding platforms Tynker, Code.Org and Scratch and p5.js, a Javascript Library for creative coding.  

Some students participate in the New York City Department of Education's (NYCDOE CSforAll) Computer Science for All Program.  This year our middle school students (6-8) are taking the NYCDOE's CSforALL Creative Web with p.5.js. Course.
